Service Agreements and RFPs

The documents listed below are some of the legal, professional, and consulting agreements with entities who assist SCEIP with bonding, feasibility studies, website development, and promotion of PACE programs. Included with the agreements are the respective scopes of work. In addition, there are two sample Requests for Proposals listed for bond council and financial services.

Important note: These agreements are provided as a reference only for services that a PACE replicating agency may choose to contract. These agreements are specific to the needs of Sonoma County and are the results of negotiations with each consultant. They should not be used or viewed as legal or financial advice to another agency. In addition, the Scopes of Work identified in these agreements might not be comprehensive enough, or may be too comprehensive for, the needs of another agency.
